If you want to try authentic Tuscan-Emilian cuisine…have a lunch or dinner at the restaurant of Agriturismo Incisa! Our delicious handmade first courses are made from organic stone-ground flour, and can be seasoned with sauces based on meat, mushrooms and truffles; beef, mutton and pork come from our breeding farms (ORGANIC), and are processed with care at our slaughterhouse.
Our menus are based on dishes deriving from the merging of flavours and traditions from both Romagna and Tuscany. Traditional cuisine proposes simple dishes, such as panzanella (Tuscan salad of bread and tomatoes), potato tortelli, chestnut polenta with ciccioli (pressed cakes of fatty pork) and raviggiolo cheese, acqua cotta (traditional soup of Maremma), basotti (baked tagliolini), scottiglia (Tuscan stew), pork ham, roasted pork shank, “porchetta”-style rabbit, pork butt stuffed with sausage, roasted suckling pig, marinated lamb, grilled meat, T-bone steaks, rib-eye steaks and much more. Not to be missed is the delicious homemade bread cooked in our wood-fired oven.
